Tanya completed her SE® Training in 2014 and has since assisted in London, Edinburgh, and Cairo.

Coming from a background in biodynamic craniosacral therapy and yoga, embodiment practices play a significant role in her therapeutic work, particularly emphasizing breathing, voice, and movement.

She doesn't consider herself a specialist in any specific category of trauma, but she is curious about transgenerational, collective, and systemic traumas, as well as areas of awareness that extend beyond the nuclear family.

Her later professional training includes: Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM) with Laurence Heller PhD, Integral Somatic Psychotherapy (ISP) with Raja Selvam PhD, and advanced online studies with Dr. Janina Fisher. She has experienced transcultural, bi-racial, and queer intersectionality, and in 2020, she also supported the SOSI assistants' study group focusing on diversity awareness.
