Razvan Stan

SEP, psychotherapist

photo.jpg

He lives in Bucharest, Romania, and works as a psychologist (BA) and psychotherapist, offering both in-person and online sessions. So far, he has trained in Somatic Experiencing®, transactional analysis, and experiential art therapy (MA) methods. Additionally, he has studied and gained research experience in sociology and cultural anthropology.

He has 6 years of SE® clinical experience with clients, working on aspects such as symptom relief (anxiety, depression, and other PTSD symptoms and trauma-related syndromes), changes in attachment-relational patterns and associated developmental trauma work, personality/self-identity integration work through therapeutic integration of dissociative processes, as well as releasing new levels of nervous system coherence, mutuality, and new, bodily experienced joy and vitality. Until now, he has been present as an assistant at SE® introductory workshops and beginner and intermediate modules.

"For me, SE® is a profound, subtle, yet powerful therapeutic method that provides the supportive relationship, tools, and approach to access the inner, subcortical wisdom of the body and self, and to release our own healing capacity. In my case, as a result of SE® sessions and training, my body awareness and felt sense presence improved, allowing for the processing of deeper layers of trauma energy and a new openness and sensitivity to life to become (for me) accessible."
